February 2019 newsletter
The Eden Project is a registered 501 c 3 whose mission is “to provide world class, community-based, reintegration programs for the warrior and his or her support group.”
Our Focus is on Reintegration
With little or no clear definition of reintegration for our service members, we define it as The process of regaining one’s role of self, family member, employee and community member. We achieve this by being mindful of enriched experiences and learning to incorporate them into these roles.
Did you know 26 of the 44 Presidents have served in the military? The last President with military service was President George W. Bush, while his father, President George H. W. Bush, served in the Navy from 1942 to 1945.
This year our couples’ classes will take on a “date night” theme. Along with playing Warrior Spirit couples edition, we will have cooking classes, art classes, craft classes and some exciting “surprise” classes. Each “date night” will have no more than 5 couples. If you are interested in having fun while learning to communicate, be intimate and build a strong marriage, contact us to reserve your spot.

It has been a rough week for The Eden Project family.
Just this week alone, two (friends/volunteers) have entered the hospital, and two others have died. One was self-inflicted. We will respect their privacy and continue to pray for healing and comfort for these families.
More than 327,000 veterans live with a brain injury and other hidden wounds. It’s another reason why The Eden Project exists.
