Col Ray Willcocks
P.E. F.SAME USAF (Ret), enlisted in the Connecticut Air National Guard (CT ANG), in June 1977, and was assigned to be a Small Arms Instructor. In 1979, he received his commission in the Guard and two years later, entered Active Duty, as a First Lieutenant, with the CT ANG. He was then transferred to Tucson AZ, to the 162 Tactical Fighter Group, and assumed the duties of the Deputy Base Civil Engineer. In 1989, he was selected to go on Extended Active Duty at the National Guard Bureau, Andrews AFB, and the Pentagon. He is a graduate of the Air War College ,1997, via the Seminar program, and from the US Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, class of 1998. He returned to Andrews and assumed duties as the Deputy Civil Engineer for the Air National Guard and was promoted in June 1998, and retired in June 2001, at the rank of Colonel. Following his retirement, he spent two years working for Washington Metropolitan Area Transportation Authority, working on yard security and their Chemical/Biological warfare initiatives. In 2003 he came to Peachtree City as the National Sales representative for Federal/Military sales for Megadoor and retired in 2012. Since then he sits on the Atlanta Post (of the Society of American Military Engineers – SAME), and also is an elected Director of SAME, and sits on the National Board. In My he will be invested as the Chair of the Academy of Fellows for SAME. He is also a volunteer with the Scouts, a Mason, a Delegate for the GA National Guard to the National Guard Association, US, and is also a member of the Legion D ’Lafayette, with the National Guard Association, and is currently the Commander of the American Legion Post 105, in Fayetteville GA. He resides in Peachtree City GA..

Leslie is the CEO and Founder of Trance4mation Games, and the President and Founder of the non-profit, Trance4mation Nation, Inc. Warrior Spirit / Mission Homefront and Warrior Spirit / Mission Homefront for Couples is a tangible and revolutionary way for Service Members to immediately reconnect with their families, friends, spouses and one another while they process and reflect on their deployments in a non-confrontational manner. It was designed to break the stigma of speaking about issues that they may be facing as they attempt the complex and difficult mission of reintegration and transition back into community and family life. Warrior Spirit provides the opportunity for spouses, families, friends and peers to be part of the veterans healing. Who better to communicate and process their deployment experiences with than those who know, love and want to understand them. Warrior Spirit Mission Homefront is presently being used by all branches of the services, including their active and reserve components.
For two years Leslie was a member of the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program Cadre of Speakers. She was honored to be one of a select group of individuals who provided presentations and facilitation of reintegration workshops at Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program events nationwide.
The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program is a legislatively mandated program that helps Service Members and their families in the National Guard connect with their local support community before, during and after deployments. More than 1.3 million National Guard and Reserve Service Members and their families have benefited from the deployment cycle information, resources, programs, services and referrals offered by the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program. Leslie is truly honored to have been selected to serve in this capacity.
As an experienced group leader, Leslie has been in the position to launch Warrior Spirit Mission Homefront in numerous military settings. She facilitated Warrior Spirit workshops and conducted research with 300 Service Members at Camp Smith, Ft. Drum and Ft. Indian Gap. Warrior Spirit is evidence based. The peer reviewed article was published in the March, 2015 issue of the Journal of the American Psychiatric Association. She has also facilitated Warrior Spirit workshops with 85 wounded soldiers at Westpoint Academy, two couple’s events at Ft. Hamilton, a three-day retreat with fifty female combat Veterans, on CUNY campuses, at conferences, etc. Leslie was honored for her military work in a ceremony presented by the President of NASDAQ, by ringing the closing bell at NASDAQ Marketsite on December 30, 2014. Leslie has also facilitated highly lauded workshops on leadership development, communication, diversity and inclusion, first generation, team building, anti-bullying, peer to peer mentoring, cultural sensitivity and service learning on college campuses nationwide. She has also been a presenter at numerous conferences in diverse areas nationwide.

Mark Brailsford Sr. a seasoned Professional; he holds a BA degree in counseling, and a MA degree in business management. Additionally, he has completed the Army Logistics Officer Advance course. As a former Army Officer, to include an Army Artillery Officer in Desert Storm/Desert Shield he has over 20 years in the field of logistics management. MBGIS diverse logistics experience includes distribution, warehousing, supply chain management, inventory management as well as retail store management. Our use of 6 sigma methodology allows us to solve complex issues with innovative solutions.
Additionally, as a counselor Mr. Brailsford, has been and continues to service his community as a motivational speaker to at-risk youth and young adults (up to 24 years of age) and participates in various business and professional organizations. He also is a member of the Homeless Veterans Ministry and the Chaplin of his Church Veterans Ministry.
enlisted in the United State Marine Corps in December 1990. In 1994, he was selected for the Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP). He report to Savannah State University Naval ROTC in August 1994 as a MECEP student. In June 1998 he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant and order to report to The Basic School (TBS) for Marine Corps Officers in Quantico Virginia. In December 1998, he reported to Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. for training as a student naval aviator. In February 2001, he reported to Marine Heavy Helicopter Training Squadron Three Zero Two (HMT-302) at Marine Corps Air Station New River, Jacksonville, NC.
In March 2002, he was assigned to Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron Four Sixty Four (HMH-464). In addition to his duties as a squadron pilot, he served as the Squadron Adjutant, Legal Officer and Squadron Safety Officer. During his tour at HMH-464, he deployed aboard the USS Kearsarge to participate in OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM (OIF-I). In October 2004, he was designated a Forward Air Controller (FAC) and reported to Third Battalion, Second Marine Division (3/2) for duties as a FAC. In September 2005, He deployed with 3/2 to participate in OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM (OIF III).
In September 2005, he reported to the Naval ROTC Unit Savannah State University to assume the duties as the Marine Officer Instructor (MOI). In May 2009 he reported to Marine Aircraft Group Twenty Nine (MAG-29) and was selected to fill an Individual Augment (IA) billet as Rotary Wing Operations Manager with Combined Joint Task Force Six (CJTF-6). He deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan in October 2009. In October 2010, he returned from Afghanistan and assumed duties as the Director of Safety and Standardization for MAG-29 until he retired in December 2011 as a Major. Joey Martin is currently a Financial Advisor. He lives in Fairburn, GA and owns a Capital Choice Financial Services Branch located in Fayetteville, GA.
