The After-Action Report

More than a podcast — it’s a lifeline for veterans and their families navigating the next chapter. Each episode dives into the real challenges and triumphs of post-military life, covering topics like employment, rediscovering purpose, identity after service, hidden injuries, mental health, wellness practices, relationships, and more.

Through candid conversations with fellow veterans, subject-matter experts, and community leaders, we bring both hard-earned wisdom and actionable tools to the table. Our mission is simple but powerful: to engage, empower, and encourage the veteran community to be resilient — whether they are transitioning from the military or simply navigating life’s battles.

If you’ve ever wondered what comes after the uniform, The After Action Report is where you’ll find the stories, strategies, and support to thrive.

Military Couples Retreats – Strengthening the Families Who Serve

When our service men and women come home, the battle isn’t always over—especially for their marriages. Our Military Couples Retreats give service members and their spouses the time, tools, and support they need to reconnect and rebuild.

In a peaceful, restorative setting, couples participate in evidence-based workshops, guided activities, and peer-led conversations that strengthen communication, deepen trust, and renew joy. For many, it’s the turning point that saves their marriage—and transforms their future.

Your gift makes this possible. Together, we can strengthen the bonds that hold veteran families together.

Estimated cost per retreat $21,000 for 8 couples

Peer Mentor Program

Our Veteran Mentor Program pairs military veterans with fellow veterans in the Veterans Treatment Court. Over 18 months, mentors provide guidance, accountability, and hope—helping participants meet court requirements, rebuild their lives, and address the challenges that brought them into the legal system.

This life-changing work is only possible through the generosity of donors like you. Your gift directly funds the training, tools, and resources mentors need to walk beside these veterans on their path to recovery and resilience.

$300 per mentor
